Mission 54, the new app for the "Francophonie"

Mission 54, the new, free and fun app to learn more about the “Francophonie”.

The International Institute for the « Francophonie » (2IF) recently launched its serious game « Mission54 », a free and fun app, designed to be used at school and at home, to learn more about the “Francophonie”.

Officially launched on March 20th during the international day of the “Francophonie” in Nantes, “Mission54” is a serious game for children aged 7 to 14 and their parents, and French learners from A1 to B1 level.

It is available on this link http://mission54.org/, and you can also download it for free on smartphones and tablets via Apple store or Google play.

Through this app, the International Institute for the « Francophonie » (2IF), established in the University of Jean Moulin in Lyon 3 is seeking to make the Francophonie and its value recognized,  by way of a fun and numeric media.

Indeed, by answering questions on various topics (French, mathematics, history, geography and general knowledge) players – who can play alone or in network – will lead the robot AM-7, coming from space to discover the 54 countries and governments who are part of the International Organization for Francophonie (OIF).
