Dairy Chef, the tasty scholastic contest!

For the first time, the French embassy in Ireland is glad to organise in partnership with the Dublin Institute of Technology, National Dairy Council and Centre national interprofessionnel de l’économie laitière (Cniel) the first scholastic culinary contest: dairy chef.
The final will take place at DIT on the 21st of March but before the final, you have to select your local champion (2 exceptionally)! A lot of exciting prizes will be given to the finalists.
The application deadline is set on the 09th February 2018.
