Job Responsibilities
•Attend to technical/engineering enquiry from airline customers, Airframers and repair agencies.
•Manage technical investigation and liaison with OEM Product Support Engineers.
•Render support to the Customer Support Manager/Customer Support Director.
•Perform Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support function during weekends & public holidays on a rotation basis within the team.
•Able to perform any Adhoc duties when required
•Able to travel to visit customers within Asia Region
Experience expected:
•Possess good communication skill and proficient in English and Mandarin
•Able to work efficiently in a team-based environment.
•Proficient in using MS Office (Words, PowerPoint and Excel)
•Must be willing to commit in performing AOG support function during weekends & public holidays. (Pay Allowance provided)
•Able to travel for possible up to one month for Placement Programs in UK, Canada and France.
•Able to work independently and has initiative to take on additional roles and projects
•Fluent in French and/or Japanese and/or Korean language is a plus.
