We are looking for an intern on the position of Communications & Partnership Development Assistant - US market

We offer a 4-month minimum period paid internship as soon as possible until end of March 2022 in Paris, 10th arrondissement

The Role:
Your main role will be to assist a team of International Project Managers with the communication campaigns and media partnership development of their events. As Communications & Partnership Development Assistant, you will be responsible for developing the portfolio of media partners in the US market and diversifying the existing communication channels, nationally and per targeted US city (NYC, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Houston) in order to promote our AccessMBA and AccessMasters events in the US in March 2022 and generate attendee registrations of business professionals and students, potentially looking for an MBA or Master's degree in a reputable business school.

More specifically, you will be in charge of:
* Actively taking part in the communication strategy plan and benchmarking
* Researching and reaching out to various new relevant media partners in the US to negotiate partnerships- mainly through visibility exchange
* Following up on the campaign implementation with each media partner several weeks in advance in the leadup to the event
* Creating and proofreading content based on the event strategies (registration pages, emailings, visuals, event listings and insertions, social media ads and posts) and providing support in the preparation and adaptation of marketing collaterals for media partners
* Maintaining great working relations with media partners and honoring partnerships for both parties

The Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (an obligatory internship contract from a school/ university) - Communications/Marketing programs preferred
• American English speaker – native level
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (multi-tasking from one event to another during the same period of time)
• Eagerness to speak on the phone in English and conduct efficient online research
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented and committed
• Knowledge of the educational markets in North America is a plus
• Knowledge of French is not mandatory
