France Alumni Chile celebrates three years!

To celebrate the three years of the France Alumni Chile network, a cocktail party was organised at the Residence of France on June, 28. Former students, students on the leave, alumni from French high schools, members of Chilean associations of graduates from French schools, assistants in Spanish language, Alliances Françaises, AEFE networks and more.

To celebrate the three years of the France Alumni Chile network, a cocktail party was organised at the Residence of France on June, 28. Former students, students on the leave, alumni from French high schools, members of Chilean associations of graduates from French schools, assistants in Spanish language, Alliances Françaises, AEFE networks and more.

About 170 people were present for the evening with Excellency Ambassador Roland Dubertrand. France Alumni Chile is indeed a highly active network. During the last academic year (2016-2017), no less than 904 Chilean students came to France for their studies. France is the 4th destination for Chileans who want to study abroad.

The celebration started with a speech from the Ambassador and continued with the personal experience of Guillermo Larrain, PhD graduate in economics from the École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS, Paris).

The evening was also the perfect opportunity to award prizes for the winners of the photo contest "Your image of France" organised by Campus France Chile. Congratulations to Daniel Riquelme, Juan Contreras and Andrés Muñoz who won the contest with their awesome pictures!
