From 30 April to 30 May, the Alliance Française in Sydney will host the "Souls of Paris" exhibition.

“My father always told me not  to speak to strangers. I never listened.”

It's as simple as that. Stephanie is a young photographer who walks through the streets of Paris and isn't afraid of talking to strangers. If she sees you, she might just start chatting with you, after which she might ask for your photo to add to her project: "Souls of Paris". Strong faces, long faces, pretty faces, poker faces and even baby faces...

These are real photos of Parisian people, not "clichés" - real stories, not stereotypes. "Souls of Paris" is an attempt to break down the cultural stereotypes that surround Parisian residents.

This will be the 4th year an Associated Exhibition of Head On Photo Festival 2015 has been showcased at the Alliance Française in Sydney.
