Programme DEA - 1st Call for Application for 2018 - Last Date of Application : 20 June 2017

The « Directeurs d’Études Associés (DEA) » or the "Associate Education Directors" is the oldest mobility program for International Foundation of the House of Human Sciences Foundation. It was founded in 1975, at the initiative of Fernand Braudel, in agreement with the Department of State for Universities, Directorate for Higher Education and Research. It invites foreign scientists from all continents for a period of between one month and six weeks to support their work in France (field surveys, library work and archives).

Eligibility criteria

- The program is exclusively for foreign professors or supervisors, holders of doctorates or equivalent qualifications and working in institutions of higher education and research.

- Applicants must be under the age of 65 at the time of their stay.Retour ligne manuel
- A stay in France must be justified.

Elements of the application file and timetable

- A curriculum vitae of no more than 4 pages (including date of birth)Retour ligne manuel
- A list of scientific publicationsRetour ligne manuel
- A research project of 4-5 pages with dates of stay, and a bibliographyRetour ligne manuel
- A letter of support from a French researcher would be welcome

Applications must be submitted on the platform: http://programmes.msh-paris.fr

Applicants are invited to submit their application on or before June 20, 2017, consisting of the following documents, written in French or English:
