Bonjour India is back with its third edition beginning from Saturday, 18 November 2017.  This time Bonjour India chose the land of cultural heritage Rajasthan as the place of inauguration to host the event that celebrates Indo-French partnership. Bonjour India is a platform where many renowned people of their fields share their journeys of changing the society.

Set up from Jaipur’s historical Amber Fort, Bonjour India depicts the grandeur of both the nations. The Ganesh Pol in the Amber Fort was embellished for the grand launch of Bonjour India 2017 which took place in the evening from 5:45 pm onwards.

Jaipur hosted the grand opening of Bonjour India with a monumental 20-minute video painting by Xavier de Richemont. The video BHARGAL© is a wonderful piece of art that talks about the story of India and France as seen by the artist.

To serve the flavour of Indo-French cuisine, a special menu with locally-sourced biodynamic vegetables from Indian farms was prepared. The dishes were prepared under the supervision of three-Michelin-star Chef Alain Passard along with Indian chefs from Fairmont.
