Job description

1. Provide general administrative support to Supporting functions, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
2. Communicate with Headquarter (France) to complete various projects. Follow up projects and maintain different service agencies to complete the projects.
3. Facilitate with special events and activities organization.
4. Coordinate the corporate management visit in China including accommodation, transportation, meetings Scheduling, etc.
5. Support in other administrative duties as required

Profile description

1. Bachelor degree or above (French Business School), good level of french language, in written and spoken.
2. Related administrative internship experience is a plus
3. Good personal character of Work ethic, integrity, pro-active and efficient.
4. Organized and detail-oriented manners
5. Have a strong sense of time, organizational and planning skills, communication skills
