Job Description
Based on your HR experience (at least 4 years), you will have to:
• Be accountable for recruitment strategy, HR administration, HR reporting, Employee performance process
• Secure learning & development initiatives with internal & external partners
• Advise management on HR matters for key decisions
• Manage a team of 2 – 4 headcounts
• Rollout group / Region initiatives (policy, toolset…)
Job Requirements
INTERNATIONAL BACKGROUND:
• Working experience in international context, European as a plus
• Know-how of Vietnamese labor laws
• Good exposure in Vietnam people management
• Knowledgeable on Vietnamese market and practices, like compensation & benefits packages and retention levers
• Ability to work in matrix environment with French management and APAC colleagues
• English mandatory & French as a plus
