We are currently looking for a Manager to join our fast-growing team in Brussels in the private sector, with the following characteristics:

Main Responsibilities: Manager in Digital Transformation (Business consulting)

· You drive the development of the Business Consulting practice in Private Sector, in close cooperation with sector leads (esp. Industry and Insurance) and reporting to the Partner in charge of the Business Consulting practice in Belgium.

· You lever on everis Business Consulting service offering and references to propose approaches to support our clients' ambition in digital transformation. In particular, you advise them on how to adequately make leverage on technology to meet their strategic objectives, with a strong business mindset.

· You take an active role in business development. You conceive and supervise the writing of proposals for our clients of Private Sector for projects and programs in digital transformation/business transformation/client strategy/new business launch.

· You lead the execution of business consulting projects, supervising teams of consultants and experts, and manage the scope, proposing the methodology and controlling the quality of the deliverables.

· You lead and further build the team of business consultants. You coach them, you fuel their motivation for high added-value consultancy, and you share your expertise and train them "on the job".

· You progressively build solid relationships with the client's management (CxO level), based on excellence in project delivery and insights on digital innovation to address their strategic challenges.

Requirements:



· Strong conceptual skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Result-oriented - Great communicator -

· You preferably have a Master's degree in Business administration, Business engineering or Engineering with a MBA or equivalent. You bring strong business knowledge of insurance OR manufacturing OR FMCG/retail.

· You are passionate and strongly knowledgeable about the opportunities brought by technology (RPA, artificial intelligence, blockchain, advanced analytics, IoT etc.) in the business field.

· You have an experience of at least 9 years post-studies professional experience, with at least 5 years in management consultancy. Especially valuable is your experience in digital transformation, business transformation, launch of new activity/service, business governance.
