Main mission
As Financial Controller, you will be a member of the Controlling team that ensures the monitoring of EDF China performance. You will be in charge of the Controlling of EDF China Headquarter
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deeply analyze the monthly variances (actual result vs budget / previous year) of the EDF China Headquarter results;
2. Challenge the budget owners in case of significant variance vs Budget or commitments;
3. Proactively prepare key budget / reporting cycle and ensure coordination with the different stakeholders to make sure that deadline are met;
4. Timely raise awareness of the important issues to the Director of Financial Planning and Controlling and propose corrective action plan;
5. Timely produce high-quality/accurate reportings (internal and EDF Reporting Group);
6. Manage the cost allocation and chain value report to monitor Business Unit / Dpt. performance;
7. Draft, implement and follow-up services contracts;
8. Participate to performance reviews preparation;
9. Develop and implement treasury forecast;
10. Provide a key role in IT Finance/Controlling projects development and develop tools in order to simplify Finance/Controlling processes;
11. Participate to specific studies/projects/tasks as requested by Management.
Qualifications:
Education level: Master degree in financial fields, ideally in Controlling.
Health: Excellent
Language skills: very good spoken and written in English and Chinese; French language is a plus (one of the entity to control is French)
Working experience/knowledge:
• 5-7 years in Controlling with a very good basis in accounting;
• Basics in accounting consolidation;
• Ability to work in a cross functional division and multi entities context;
• Autonomous;
• Investigation spirit with the willingness to solve issues;
• Curious;
• Very good skills in Excel and Powerpoint / SAP is a must / Hyperion is a plus;
• Good cooperation skills with other people
