- Financial planning and analysis
o Monthly T&E reports
o Sales analysis: tracking each livestreams' performance for Tmall LS and Douyin
o Sales analysis by channel and by SKU
o Budget and reforecast including but not limited to sales planning by SKU
o Working capital turnover analysis
o Monthly cash flow forecast and ensure accuracy M1 and M2

- Accounting and controlling
o Ensure accuracy of bookkeeping in all business cycles
o Ensure accurate P&L every month by D+8
o Month-end closing: monthly Dashboard, recharge invoice, accrual, PRI
o Timely AR reconciliation and bank reconciliation
o Ensure normal payment procedure (no late than Thursday)
o Stocktaking for the mid-year and year-end
o Quarterly balance sheet items follow up (focus on outstanding ARs)
o Support finance team for the transition from EAS to CAS for 2024 onwards
o Vendor and staff payment processing
o Liaise with bank and SAFE in terms of oversea payments and foreign loan issues

- College and above degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of finance related working experience in FMCG or retail industry. Alipay/Douyin reconciliation experience would be a plus
- Good written and oral English, French is a plus.
- Familiar with MS software including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams. Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred
