Responsibilities
· According to the company's market strategy and market sales goals, combined with the market information to make market forecasts, formulate expansion goals, sales strategies and plans, and organize the implementation.
· Perform annual sales target allocation and lead the team to complete the company's annual sales target
· Team building and management, reasonable setting of departmental organizational structure and positions, development and training of employees' capabilities

Job qualifications:
· More than 8 years of work experience, more than 3 years of sales management experience in the logistics and supply chain industries
· Familiar with Chinese e-commerce and business culture
· Rich project management and business negotiation capabilities and experience, familiar with logistics market development, and familiar with the logistics industry cooperation and interaction model
· Possess good communication, negotiation and expression skills, excellent psychological qualities, and good team management skills
· Experience in local national sales work is preferred
· Local Citizen or with PR required
