Responsible for all daily work in Finance Department;
Ensuring all financial reports, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and manufacturing costing etc. are achieved timely;
Checking financial reports in authenticity and correctness, submitting the reports to headquarters on time;
Ensuring all financial booking are properly input into ERP system;
Providing required financial data for the Management; making internal control project to ensure the value and the value increment of the company assets;
Making monthly/quarterly/yearly Finance budget plan with the General management;
Making monthly/quarterly/yearly Finance report to General Management and headquarters;
Ensuring all booking figures input in Finance COGNOS correct;
Responsible for paying the company related taxes according to China tax law and avoiding tax in a legal way;
Taking charge of the yearly audit by the external audit office;
Responsible for formulation/review/implementation of financial management systems;
Ensuring all company systems well implemented in Finance Department;
Leading the existing qualified team to support company strategy and business needs.

Bachelor or Master Degree, majored in Finance & Accounting;
Good command of both in oral and written English;
Senior experience in IFRS;
Experience of an international Group company of manufacturing industry;
COGNOS knowledge and experience is a surplus;
Good knowledge and experience with ERP system (ABAS system preferred);
Solid experience of Finance and Controlling;
Skillful of making Finance & Controlling reports, analysis and budget planning etc. in WOFE;
Proficient in Rules and Regulations in Accounting/Tax/Audit/Banking etc.in PRC.
