主要工作：Main Tasks
1. 根据公司的整体形象设计及市场需求，对产品外观设计开发趋势进行研究；
According to the company's overall image design and market demand, conduct research on the development trend of product appearance design.
2. 负责全新产品的外观设计，包括完成草图创意、平面效果图、三维建模及效果渲染处理，并提交确认外观方案；
Responsible for the appearance design of new products, including completing sketches, graphic effect drawings, 3D drawings, and submitting the appearance scheme;
3. 结合标致摩托以及其它外部资源，进行外观造型3D设计、模型车制作及A面设计建模；
Combined with PMTC and other external resources to carried out 3D appearance design, prototype produced and surface class A design;
4. 外观零部件的表面定义及动态视觉效果设计；
Surface definition and dynamic visual effect design of apprearance parts;
5. 外观件量产前的实物确认和批准；
Confirmation and approval of appearance parts before mass production;
6. 对接结构部门进行外观造型设计的变更及批准；
Communicated with the structure person to modify and approve the appearance design;
7. 负责公司新产品设计方案制作、讲解，推动方案评审。
Responsible for making and explaining the company's new product design scheme, and promoting the scheme review.

任职要求：Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，工业设计或机械设计专业。
Bachelor degree or above in industrial design or mechanical design.
2. 3年以上在本领域的工作经验。
3 years or above working experience in this field.
3. 熟练掌握3D造型软件如CATIA、Rhinoceros、PRO/E、UG中的一种及相关渲染插件；2D平面软件Photoshop等以及office软件，进行工业产品造型设计和产品渲染；对人机工程有一定理解和应用，熟悉外观设计和交互设计优先。
Familiar with 3D software, such as CATIA, Rhinoceros, PRO/E, UG and related rendering plug-ins; 2D software, like Photoshop and Office software, to conduct styling design and product rendering of industrial products; understanding and application of ergonomics, familiar with appearance design and interaction design is preferred.
4. 有丰富的产品造型设计基础，能较敏锐的洞察吸收新的流行元素，对造型、色彩、工艺、表面处理有充分的感知和把握能力；对产品结构、材料和加工工艺有较全面的了解，对汽车、摩托车、电动车等交通工具类产品有一定认知者优先。
Have a wealth of product styling design foundation, can be more keen insight into the absorption of new popular elements, styling, color, processing, surface treatment have full perception and grasp the ability; have a comprehensive understanding of product structure, material and processing technology, have a certain knowledge of automobile, motorcycle, electric vehicle etc other transportation products is preferred.
5. 良好的表达与沟通能力, 能够有效的与客户及供应商沟通；有较强的学习能力及新事物接受能力；有责任心，良好的团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
Good presentation and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers; strong ability to learn and accept new things; responsible, good team player, able to work under pressure.
6. Language语言
熟练的英语书面及口语能力。
Fluent written and spoken English.
7. Mobility出差: 视工作需要。

薪资待遇：Salary:
1. 薪资范围8—10k, 14薪
Salary range 8 -- 10K, 14 salary
2. 工作时间8：00—16：30，周末双休，法定节假日，带薪年假，工龄年假；
