ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client, a specialist on the interconnect field, offers solutions for different markets including aeronautics, space, military, medical, industry, electronic, automotive, energy and research. The group has plentiful experience in designing and manufacturing custom design wires, composite cables, flat flex cables, cable assemblies, stamping, molded and over-molded components, connectors, and mini systems for high tech applications.

MISSIONS
* Development of innovative interconnect solution (cables, connectors), either for specific application and/or complete range for specific markets.
* Development plan and qualification of new materials
* Development plan and qualification of new processes
* Project leadership (development, prototyping, qualification, transfer to production)
* Technology transfer to Engineering
* Support to Engineering for advanced design and technology.

Requirements
• Education background in general engineer (e.g., non-specialized) with mechanical, electrical, plastic dominant.
• Project leadership (development, prototyping, qualification, transfer to production)
• Fluent in English and Chinese or fluent in English and French
• Ideally with international experience (study, work), best in China or with Chinese for non-Chinese candidate.
• CAD 2D (Autocad) and 3D (Inventor/Solidworks)
• Pack Office with VBA
• Simulation software’s experience is a plus.
