BSS TurboTech Ltd is a full round of cooperation from technical research to product development on civil turboprop engine power turbine, providing modules for mother companies AECC-SI (AECC Group) & SAFRAN Aircraft Engines (Safran group).
The job context is related to the engine power turbine design activities.
The purpose of this position is to perform aerodynamic analysis and design as well as to support methodology improvement of power turbine. The jobholder will support the maturity improvement roadmap of the Company regarding aerodynamic and CFD methodology and will be implicated in aerodynamic test definition and analysis as well as in design and simulation work for current and future turbine projects.

The main responsibilities of this job will be but not limited to:

- Perform aerodynamic simulations of power turbine
对动力涡轮部件进行气动模拟仿真计算
- Work on the CFD methodology, CFD Validation
研究CFD方法论并进行验证
- Partly involve in the turbine secondary air system flow computations on power turbine cavities
参与动力涡轮腔内二次空气系统的模拟仿真计算
- Be involved in aerodynamic design of power turbine and turbine secondary air system design in order to reach the target performance considering with the global aerodynamic and thermal phenomena
进行动力涡轮的气动设计和二次流设计,在给定输入条件下达成预期性能指标
- Perform the thermal computation if required
根据需要进行传热模拟仿真计算
- Attend technical meetings and bring solutions to mother companies' requirements for BSS-TurboTech
参加技术会议并针对母公司的要求提供解决方案
- Bring critical analyses of the results in order to improve the design of the parts and the methodologies used

- Support aerodynamic and thermal test preparation and analysis
支持气动和传热测试实验的准备和分析
- Ensure communication with test suppliers

- Write technical reports and participate to technical presentations

- Master or engineer degree in propulsion engine/aerodynamics
- Knowledge of CFD, turbine aerodynamic and the flow structure
- Knowledge of heat transfer is a plus
- NX modeling, Star CCM+ and Python knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge about turbine design and integration is a plus
- Creativity, team spirit and open mind
- Chinese and English communication skills. French is a plus but not mandatory for the position
