Overview: the Business development Manager is responsible for representing Lynred in India, promoting Lynred to the MoD, understanding the market dynamics, finding new opportunities and building strong relationship with decision makers at multiple levels in the value chain (system integrators and their customers mainly).

About Lynred: Lynred is a leader in engineered thermal imaging solutions (from SWIR to VLWIR) for defence, space, automotive and consumer
applications. Since 1969 the company has been recognized for the design, development and manufacture of thermal imaging solutions and has provided its customers innovative technologies that deliver exceptional performance and value.

Role and Responsability :
1 - Market survey
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Indian Infrared market and permanently update the database with:
 Weapon systems and military equipment using infrared (both cooled and uncooled), currently in use, under development, production or subject to purchase in India.
 Indian manufacturers (public sector or private) of infrared equipment or systems both for military or civilian/commercial applications
 Lynred's competitor detector in each Infrared systems and equipment in use in India
2 - Customers management
Visit regularly all customers and leads to:
 identity their needs as early as possible
 present Lynred portfolio and future products under development
 propose the best option to answer to their needs
 Build a sales funnel and forecast
3 - Representation and Communication
Be the Lynred official representative in India and interact with various departments at Lynred:
 Commercial to ensure the best proposal is sent to Indian customers
 Customer support to ensure the best customer experience
 Finance, Quality, Communication, Sales Administration

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Science and/or Business
Industry type: high technology for Defence, Aerospace or Industrial
Experience: 15-year minimum in relevant sales

Base salary: 300K INR/month + Bonus (18%) [to be adjusted depending on profile] + Perks
