Operation Director, HK & Macau



To manage the Demand & Procurement, Distribution and Customer Service of the HK Operation department in order to ensure and optimize its service level, customer’s satisfaction and costs, in compliance with the regulatory and customers' requirements, corporate, branch and subsidiary’s standards/objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales forecast accuracy and consistency, lead and guarantee collaboration with internal functions
  • Elaborate monthly supply plan process, lead S&OP meetings
  • Inventory management, monitor and communicate product quality
  • Ensure the monitoring of the supply flow with corporate teams and local partners
  • Master Data Management within local and corporate IT tools
  • 3PL management, steer the performance of the distribution to guarantee the service level, manage the kitting process, labelling activity, optimize costs and investments
  • Supervise the customer’s orders & claims, Catalogue Management
  • Develop organizational structure of the department; be responsible for setting objectives/KPIs, development, motivation, empowerment, appraisal of the staff
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the Supply, Distribution and Customer Service processes
  • Define all elements for logistic budget, LT plan, and operational targets


  • University degree or equivalent experience essential
  • 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in forecasting and/or supply chain and / or customer service in the health and beauty / pharmaceutical market
  • Successful participation or lead in a significant change/transformation project
  • Team management
  • Project management with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently but also in collaboration with sales/marketing and finances departments
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluent English, French or Cantonese would be a plus
  • Ability to influence and motivate internal and external customers and providers
