The individual will be responsible for luxury skincare brands like Natura Bisse and Chantecaille. Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in ecommerce and/or marketing, and strong leadership will be needed to be successful. This role will involve setting and executing the strategy, development and introduction of new initiatives (both products and commercial), digital brand activation and all the goto-market elements setting up the business for smooth execution and delivering both overall business goals. Fluent in Chinese, and conversational English.

Description du profil

• 5+ years related experience in marketing, business, brand management;
• Experience working with global luxury brands;
• Fluent Chinese with conversational English and/or French;
• Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel;
• A good team player able to complete assignments with tight deadlines and under pressure;
• Passionate, creative flare, originality and strong visual sense.
