Agnès Kubiak analyses the changes that take place in our society. She focuses on the translation of consumer evolutions into creative views and future concepts for lifestyle industries. After graduating in 1991 from the "Ecole supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperre Paris" in fashion and architecture, Agnès gained several years of experience in trend prediction through trend books, trend themes and trade fair exhibitions (Première Vision Paris, Heimtextil and PURE London).
Style-Vision Asia is specialist on consumers insights and textile, fashion and design trends. They provide full services for trends and design strategy, product development and branding. Style-Vision was founded in 2001 in France. Collaborations in China started since 2008, and the office was opened in 2010 in Shanghai with a team of 6 Chinese co-workers.

Sabine ICHIKAWA

Dr Sabine Ichikawa started her career as a fashion designer. After working for manufacturers in the fashion industry in Italy and in New York, she moved to large corporations and worked as a manager for ELLE magazine in Tokyo, and for Kenzo (LVMH Group) in Paris. She also did consulting for Cacharel, Shiseido, l’Oréal, and Hermès. She has a long experience teaching fashion design to young Japanese, and creative management to young Chinese. She graduated from Esmod Fashion design school in Paris, and holds the ESSEC MBA in International Luxury Brand Management, and a PhD in Business History from EHESS, focusing on the Chinese fashion industry. While in New York she also attended the Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Based in Shanghai since 2012, she runs Master programs in EU-Asia Luxury Marketing and in Design Strategy in Essca School of Management, where she develops innovative pedagogical approaches that blend management with culture. She also develops partnerships, consulting projects and case studies with creative companies and luxury brands. Her current academic research is about the creative economy. She compares the role of craftsmen, designers and artists in Europe, Japan, and China, to understand the relation between craft and branding, at the source of luxury. She has worked for 22 years outside of France, and studied ten languages.

Chelsea ZHANG, Ecole Lenôtre's outstanding alumni, graduated from the one-year master class in 2015 who took the first place of class. She twice represented Ecole Lenôtre in public performance. As a creative and talented Gen Z-er, she founded the brand C'EST, which has training classrooms and a very popular French dessert shop in Shanghai. With fancy, artistic and delicious products, C'EST has become the benchmark for French dessert shops in Shanghai and even the whole China.
Chelsea will share her understanding of French dessert and her story with it.

CEO Asia Pacific - New Crazy Colors / MBA professor of IFA

Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the Retail and Visual Merchandising industry
Skilled in Luxury Goods, Business Planning, Market Entry, Business Development, and International Business. He set up in 2009 his own company in the Visual Merchandising industry, Almax China, focusing on Mannequins and Props. After selling his company in 2016 to an international investor, he joined New Crazy Colors to manage their Asia Pacific operations, focusing on Window Display, Props and VM tools.
