In 2016 IÉSEG School of Management opened an international office for Latin America in Bogota, Colombia. The objectives of this office include increasing awareness of IÉSEG across Latin America, recruiting students, and intensifying links with universities, business schools, alumni and companies.

 

As part of its development, IÉSEG is recruiting for its International Relations Department an international recruiter in Colombia.

Missions:
+ Participation to recruitment fairs and conference in Latin America (4 to 5 trips per semester)

+ Marketing and sales of our programs to individual students and companies

+ Development of the school's recognition

+ Animation of alumni network with organization and marketing of events

+ Marketing and communication on social networks

+ Prospection, follow-up and interviews for prospect students

+ Corporate relationship development

 

Contract: permanent

Profile:

- The candidate must speak Spanish and English fluently. Portuguese and French are a plus.

- Education: Bachelor degree anywhere in the world, preferably business-related or communication

- Good sales abilities

- Good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of Excel / Powerpoint tools

- Innovation & good communication (creativity, digital communication, use of social networks)

- Good energy

- Passionate about traveling

- Experience in education is an asset (students recruitment)

- Languages: English and Spanish (and more)
