Description du poste

Missions :

1. Support the event team on the following areas:

- To provide support to the whole event team on events/projects preparation and execution including, but not limited to, organize couriers, mail packages, compile meeting minutes and event report, assist in preparing event and entertainment research materials, manage logistics arrangement, files and event stock, post-event document and materials filing, set-up and organize meeting rooms, etc.

- To help co-ordinate with other Cartier functions and vendors regarding respective projects on a clear and professional manner.

2. To handle most of the event team administrative works including payment settlement, monthly accrual, stock requisition, resource database control, warehouse/logistic management, financial claims and filing system, etc.

Conditions

- The internship is for 6 months. We can be a little bit flexible on this, but the candidate must commit to working until end of September, 2018.
- The candidate must come to the office to work for at least 4 days per week.
- Traveling domestically in China might be required for the position.
- For compensation, we offer RMB 100/day of work.

Minimum Qualifications

The role requires a High school degree or equivalent:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English. Strong communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
