The French Embassy in India, in partnership with Campus France and the University of Lyon, is organizing the second edition of the “Knowledge Summit”, a high-level Franco-Indian summit dedicated to higher education, research, and innovation on 17 and 18 October 2019 in Lyon, France.

The Summit is organized by the Embassy of France in India, in partnership with Campus France and the University of Lyon and will be inaugurated by high level dignitaries of the governments of France and India.It will be deepen the scientific and academic cooperation and launch concrete initiatives in renewable energy, aeronautics & space, agriculture & food processing, marine science, natural resource development, and strengthening employability and entrepreneurship.

The first edition of Knowledge Summit was held in March 2018. It was organized on the occasion of the State visit of the President of the Republic in India and inaugurated by Mrs. Frédérique Vidal, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, who helped to establish the roadmap for Franco-Indian cooperation for the coming years, in partnership with companies.
