About Us
Scorp Inc. is a fast-growing social media start-up based in Istanbul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications, including the ‘world’s most genuine social network’ Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the dating scene with our newly launched Who app, which has already reached 3M+ users!
Description of the Job
As the Digital Marketing Specialist on our new dating app, you will be responsible for ideating, planning and executing advertising, social matching campaigns from beginning to end for the Who app. In this process, you will wear many hats, from script-writing to directing as needed. Your goal will be acquiring as many customers from those countries’ regions and the measure of your success will be the number of installs driven by your ads.Also you going to translate our application in your language.
What We Expect From You
- Being a native speaker or having native-like or advanced skills in one or more of the following languages: German, Russian, French, Spanish
- Having Turkish citizenship
- Understanding cultural nuances of the countries they will be working in relation to and knowing how to address their audience.
- Advanced English proficiency that enables you to communicate in English throughout the day.
- Being interested in marketing and gaining experience in a social media driven startup environment.
- Being comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an internationally- diverse working environment.
- Willing to work with a young, dynamic team.
- Be interested in and proper understanding of modern technologies, mobile applications and social media.
- Be comfortable working on applications that promote networking, dating, and freedom of expression

Dijital Pazarlama Uzmanı
Aranılan Nitelikler:
- Almanca, İspanyolca, Fransızca dillerinden en az birine ileri derecede hakim olmak
- İleri seviyede İngilizce bilmek ve ofis içindeki süreçleri İngilizce yürütebilecek hakimiyete sahip olmak.
- Bildiğiniz dillerin konuşulduğu ülkelerin kültürüne hakim olmak
- Mobil uygulamalar, sosyal medya ve pazarlamayla ilgileniyor olmak ve bu alanlarda tecrübe sahibi olmayı istemek
- Genç, dinamik bir ekiple, uluslararası bir ortamda çalışmaya hevesli olmak
- Chat ve dating uygulamaları için çalışmaya hevesli olmak
Çalışma Koşulları:
- Tam zamanlı ya da yarı zamanlı çalışma seçenekleri vardır.
- Maaşınıza ek olarak öğle yemeği ve yol ücreti tarafımızdan karşılanacaktır.
Görevler:
- Birçok ülkede aktif olan mobil uygulamalarımız için dijital pazarlama sürecini baştan sona yönetmek.
- Bildiğiniz dillerin konuşulduğu ülkelerin pazarlama süreçlerinden sorumlu olmak.
- Uygulama içi çevirilere yardımcı olmak.
- Yeni dijital pazarlama stratejileri geliştirmek.
