Description du poste

• Be knowledgeable and be able in concocting and serving various types of drinks and beverages.
• Fluently use specialized bartending machines and amenities with serving skills
• Prepare sufficient ingredients before opening hour and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in working counter.
• Conduct periodic inventory record of bar supplies and assure that sufficient stock on hand at all times by requisitioning/ordering needed items.
• Set up bar service and portable bars for special purposes
• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Perform other administrative documentation as requested
• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
• Participate to orientation programs & training courses organized by the department or the hotel management.
