職務概要

Position summary:
As part of its Member Services, the French Chamber provides HR services to its client companies. The Learning & Development Manager will be in charge of implementation of training programs and manage various projects related to HR services. S/He will report to the Head of Member services.

Training
- Establish annual training program: identify the clients’ needs, chose themes, search trainers, prepare communication materials (brochures/mailing/webpage in English and in Japanese)
- Commercialize the training seminars
- Coordinate with training companies and trainers
- Implement the seminars: manage applications, billing, logistics (room setting, lunch, materials…)
- Coordinate with Foreign Business Schools to organize an executive management program (in English).

Recruitment
- Supervise the recruitment activity as a responsible person (Shokugyô shôkai sekininsha) in compliance with regulations: follow the low amendments, establish annual reports to the Labor office, report changes if there are any updates on registered information.
- Support clients in their recruitment in Japan: understand the client’s needs, edit job descriptions, search candidates, arrange interviews, follow the recruitment procedure.

Project management
- Organize Human Resources Committee of the French Chamber (conferences)
- Organize a French Companies Forum in collaboration with Japanese universities: recruit participating companies, create promotion materials, coordinate with career centers, manage logistics, communication through Web/SNS, lead seminars…

Administrative
- Various tasks related to the team’s activities: billing, translation (English-French-Japanese), database & website management, stationary order, response to inquiries by telephone/mail…

プロフィール概要

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Japan
- Native level in Japanese is a must
- Business level in English and French
- Self-starter, autonomous, flexible, strong communication and interpersonal skill, commercial sense, result oriented, ability to work under pressure, sense of organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
