Rights of foreign nationals in France

New provisions have been implemented

They are all detailed in the keynote by Campus France: reform of medical check-up, obligation to justify the refusal for visa issuance, plurennial residence permit, broadening of access conditions for the Temporary Residence Authorisation (APS), creation of the Talent Passport, working holidays visa, and more.
