General Work Summary:
Manage all accounting, tax, treasury, costing and audit matters within local statutory book scope.
In charge of group annual audited package / quarterly reconciliation / TP etc.
Support Sales team with analytical reporting and projects.
Manage team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly fiscal process and reports.
Leading related digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities：
1. In charge of all accounting, tax, treasury, costing and audit matters within local statutory book scope and deliver reports OTIF.
2. Manage team's work and make sure to meet quality / timing requirements.
3. Supervise periodic tax returns and treasury management.
4. Sales margin, promotion and trade marketing expenses analysis and proposal
5. Drive accounting process optimizing and new tools developments.
6. Assist sales team to create quantifiable KPI indicators, follow up the result, and optimize KPI based on reality to improve efficiency.
7. Involve into budget and forecast preparation.
8. Leading related digital transformation projects and drive the projects to execution.

Qualification &Requirements：
1. Over 8 years finance experiences in industrial manufacturing field (Food or Beverage FMCG background is preferred) especially in international company，finance related background is must.
2. Solid base on accounting, costing , reporting and audit.
3. Basic financial analytical mindset.
4. Good skills in excel, power BI etc.
5. Result-driven.
