General Work Summary:
Responsible for the progress follow-up of Andros China transformation project, continuous optimization of project management system, management tools; construction and continuous improvement of social responsibility system.
负责中国安德鲁转型项目进度跟进，持续优化体系流程，管理工具，社会责任体系的搭建及持续改进。

Responsibilities：
1. Support the implementation and improvement of PMO and CSR systems, focus on the implementation of project processes, identification, and support the internal process improvement.
支撑PMO与CSR体系执行和改进，关注项目过程执行，识别、推进部门内部过程改善；
2. Support the program management process, support the usage of tools, and participate in the improvement of processes and tools
支持项目管理体系流程，支持工具使用，参与流程和工具改进；
3. Support program leaders to plan, organize, and participate in the regular program meetings
支持各项目集负责人，计划、组织参与项目集定期会议；
4. Continuous improvement of social responsibility system, organize annual internal audit, customer audit and follow-up of corrective action plan
完善社会责任体系搭建，组织接待年度内审、客户审核及整改计划执行跟进；
5. Support program leader to monitor and manage the project progress and assist the project manager to achieve the project objectives
协助项目集负责人监控和管理项目进度，协助项目经理实现项目目标；
6. Summarize and manage project data, report regularly, and provide data support for leaders' decision-making
对项目数据进行汇总和管理，定期上报，为领导决策提供数据支持；
7. Establish a knowledge sharing platform within the company, improve project management ability of each department
建立公司内部知识共享平台，促进各部门项目管理能力提升。

Qualification &Requirements：
1. Over 2 years’ experience in project management, oversea study experience preferred.2年以上项目管理经验，海外留学背景加分。
2. Good communication skill and willingness 优秀的沟通技能及意愿度
3. Strong learning ability 优秀的学习能力
4. Project management mindset and skill 项目管理理念与技能
5. Result driven and ability to drive change 结果导向及引领变革
6. Good PPT, Excel Skill优秀的PPT及Excel技能
