UX Designer at Fabernovel is skilled in leading evaluative research methods to uncover insights that will continue to inform design and innovation. Join our team to support current clients in user experience and digital transformation strategy, digital product design, and enterprise application design.

Key responsibilities:

● Work closely with the business to assess and optimize new and existing features
● Effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors for both mobile and web
● Own the end-to-end design process including all deliverables: user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
● Design layouts and UI components such as iconography, graphical elements and navigation tools
● Scope design initiatives and manage work items
● Collaborate effectively with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the value of proposed designs
● Work with cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives
● Work closely with the developer and QA
● Test UIs
● Write design guidelines & documentation, UI kits

Required Skills And Experience:

● 1~2 years of experience in UX/UI design or interaction design
● Educational background in interaction design, human-computer interaction, graphic design or similar
● Extensive experience designing user experiences across multiple platforms, including responsive web and native mobile
● Expert knowledge of Sketch and Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge in prototyping software programs such as Principle or After Effects a plus
● Accustomed to validating designs through focus groups, usability testing, and A/B testing, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback in the creative process
● Experience participating in internal design critiques with the ability to deliver and receive feedback and constructive criticism
● Successful track record defending decisions based on data and user-centered insights
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS required, ability to deliver designs in production ready HTML/CSS a plus
● Able to multi-task and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
● Obsessively detail oriented with the ability to prioritize design tasks
● Self-starter
● Native Chinese, fluent in English
