It offers consulting services and is the editor of a customizable software, that allows companies to structure and capitalize on their critical information.
Responsibility
Recruiting functions
You will be in charge of recruiting projects (mostly engineers) who correspond to our clients requirements.
* From the understanding of the JD...
* ... to the Contract negotiation and the follow up.
HR functions
* Long term follow up of your consultants
* Contract renewal negotiation
* Communicate well internally with both sales department and general HR department
Training functions
In order to always improve ourselves, we organize regular trainings that can be done according to the needs. If you are interested, you can be part of it.
* Organize technical or HR trainings
* Participate in brainstorming and improvement plan
* Attend to regular trainings
Requirement
• All fields, with an engineering background is a plus
• Ideally work as a headhunter before, automotive industry is a plus
• Result and service oriented
• Good or average English
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
