岗位职责：Job Responsibilities:
1． 关注材料、工艺选择，使发动机成本和质量达到最优。
Focus on material and process selection to optimize engine cost and quality.
2．审核供应商的模具、工装、设备及工艺过程，确保零部件及发动机整机质量。
Audit supplier tooling, tooling, equipment and process to ensure quality of parts and engine.
2． 负责零部件及发动机开发进度与项目计划一致。
Responsible for parts and engine development schedule and project plan.

任职要求：Job Requirements:
1. 对二轮发动机的功能和相关部件有很好的了解和理解；
Have a good knowledge and understanding of the functions and related components of the two-wheel engine;
2. 了解发动机部件的制造工艺、机械加工工艺和周期时间等知识；
Familiar with the manufacturing process, machining process and cycle time of engine components;
3. 在少量的发动机部件方面，必须有足够的开发经验；
Sufficient development experience in a small number of engine components is required;
4. 熟悉APQP产品开发流程和PPAP；
Familiar with APQP product development process and PPAP;
5. 具有良好的中、英文语言能力。会其它外语者优先（法语）。
Good command of Both Chinese and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred (French).
薪资待遇：Salary:
1. 薪资范围8—10k, 14薪
Salary range 8 -- 10K, 14 salary
2. 工作时间8：00—16：30，周末双休，法定节假日，带薪年假，工龄年假；
Working hours from 8:00 to 16:30, weekend double holidays, legal holidays, paid annual leave, seniority annual leave;
