Full-time, based in Shanghai
We are looking for a bilingual Media and Partnerships Development Officer to execute and develop our agency's services in press, media, KOLs, and other types of partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and develop an active network of media contacts
- Develop a strong network of social media influencers (WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, RED...)
- Devise communication strategies and partnership plans, negotiate, coordinate between clients and media, follow-up to ensure successful service delivery etc.
- Organize press events (press conferences, media pitches, interviews etc.)
- Draft press releases and assemble press kits
- Collect press clippings, draft reports, and deliver presentations

- Native Chinese speaker with excellent English (written and spoken)
- French would be a plus, but not a must
- University degree or higher, in Communication, Journalism, Business, Arts administration, or a related field
- Working experience and existing network in media (digital, print, KOLs)
- Familiarity with the Chinese art scene and strong interest in culture
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media networks
- Creative, strategic, with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop a network
