职位描述
- This role will responsible to support ERP and BPM.
- Consult internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business process in ERP and BPM.
- Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project implement, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction.
- Develop detailed customization and development specifications.
- Be responsible for capturing the business requirements into a business blueprint and guide the users. In addition, be responsible for update the blueprint document timely.
- Prepare, plan and execute the training to improve the compétence of key users.
- Support application service and resolve the tickets within SLA.
- Participant continuous improvement project.
- Project support/Management
Profil recherché
- University degree in Computer Science or mathematics
- At least 3 years’ experience on ERP and BPM support/Development
- Familiar with business process in Manufacturing industry
- Familiar with web development languages, like Asp.net, SQL, JQuery.
- Capable of working independently, good communication skills, team player
- Good level in written and spoken for English and Chinese Mandarin;
- Self-motivated, autonomic and professional;
- Patient and attention to details;
- Team Player.
