Job brief:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and marketing duties.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
Include:
* Undertaking daily marketing tasks to ensure an efficient promotion.
* Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects (offline/online) - events
* Implement the ''Board of Actions" for the marketing plan: wechat post/XHS post, Wechat communication
* Marketing Tools development: Branding, Packaging, ....
* Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/questionnaires
* Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

Proven experience as a marketing assistant (cosmetic background will be a plus but not necessary)
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
Dynamic and motivated to learn.
Digital experience is a plus
• Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
• Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
• Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
• Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
English & Chinese fluent. (French will be good too)
