岗位职责Job Description:

Analyze the customer requirements ensuring the product meets performance and other requirements, and in the resolution of open issues.
分析客户要求，确保产品符合性能等要求，并解决未决问题；
Ensure the technical feasibility of the established solutions, taking into account the technical level during mass production;
确保既定解决方案在技术上的可行性，考虑量产时的技术水平；
Cooperate with the technicians and engineers in the industrial area to perfect the industrialization process, among others.
与模具技术人员和工业领域的工程师合作，完善工业化进程等;
Ensure efficient customer relationships from a technical point of view, in collaboration with the Design Office and feasibility Engineer.
与设计部门及可行性工程师合作，从技术角度确保有效的客户关系；
Participate in the product FMEA and process；
参与产品FMEA和过程
Manage efficiently product modifications during development.
在开发过程中有效地管理产品修改。
Timely and accurate completion of customer quotation, and timely feedback of customer information to the company, together to seek solutions for customers
及时准确完成客户报价，并将客户信息及时反馈到公司内部，共同为客户寻求解决方案

岗位要求Job requirements
Domestic and international engineering degree graduates (casting, machinery related major preferred)
国内外工程师学位毕业生（铸造，机械相关专业优先）
With the experience of product management is high recommended.
有产品管理经验者优先
Good communication skills, professionalism, strong sense of teamwork, and ability to withstand work stress;
良好的沟通能力、敬业精神，团队合作意识强，能够承受工作压力；
Good oral English communication skills and writing skills;
良好的英语口语交流能力及书写能力；
Work experience in manufacturing industries such as foreign companies and automobiles is preferred.
外企、汽车等制造业工作经验优先。
