Your Responsibilities:

Make regularly training to end user and collect feedback to improve the applications.
Maintain and monitor local applications to ensure the stability. Collect and analyze system performance data and improve the system availability
Application user and authorization maintenance, including application process, creation, modify, deletion and related documentation
Be responsible for deployment, upgrade and maintenance of application server
Create and maintain knowledgebase documents;
Work closely with application project team to take over the maintenance of new application.
Get close contact with ITP and VGC to ensure that VW IT standard following

Your Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science related
2 years development experience and 1+ year maintenance experience
Knowledge of Windows server, Oracle or MS SQL Server,
Be familiar operation monitor and deployment tools.
Experience of application development
Knowledge of liferay and SAP environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of project management and ITIL process

Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 1-2 years
