Main mission
Support Head of Investment and Financing team to work with/advise the business on designing, coordinating and implementing of planning opportunities, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestment, etc, leveraging internal and external resources.

Main Responsibility
 Financial support on project development, M&A, and divestment deal
Work with the business team on:
- Screen new project opportunities at early stage of development, by providing preliminary project financial assessment;
- Evaluate, analyse, review and provide financial recommendation on the business opportunities, and financial related issues
- Be part of the project development team as decided by his/her management, to deal with financial issues and matters during the development process from inception up to financial and legal closing, including financial modeling establishment/validation, and financial due diligence and analysis upon request;

 Project performance follow up
- Participate into portfolio review process to ensure the committed investments are appropriately monitored at the various stages of the life cycle (development, construction, and operation) in close coordination with Controlling team, and if necessary to support controlling team.
- Identify opportunity for investment process improvement and drives appropriate changes where necessary.

 Ad hoc financial support on assets management
- Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis options for existing assets when needed

Ideal candidate profile
Requirements:
Basic requirements: (Education/Qualification/Language/Computer etc.)
• Master degree in finance/accounting;
• Good report drafting skill, including Word and Power Point, and excellent Excel skill;
• Proficiency language skill in both Chinese and English, French as a plus.

Professional experience and skills / Technical Knowledge
• At least 3 year experiences in financial or investment related field;
• Strong understanding of financial statements & valuation principles;
• Experienced in financial modelling establishment and big 4 firm as a plus.
