岗位职责Job Description:

1. 协助部门经理完成新产品的国产化设计
Assist department manager to finish localization design of new products
2. 根据设计计划完成指定设计内容：新产品、模具、工装设备等；
According to the design plan to complete the specified design content: new products, molds, tooling equipment, etc;
3. 根据现场需求，完成指定工装、设备的技术改造设计，并形成图纸存档；
According to the requirements of the site, complete the technical transformation design of the designated tooling and equipment, and form the drawings for filing;
4. 参与本部门技术文件制定、管理和控制及分析和改进；
Participate in the formulation, management, control, analysis and improvement of technical documents of the Department;

岗位要求Job requirements

1. 国内外工程师学位毕业生（铸造，机械，模具设计，金属材料相关专业优先）
Domestic and international engineering degree graduates (casting, machinery, mold design, metal materials related majors preferred);
2. 1-3年模具设计经验者优先；
1-3 years mold design experience is preferred;
3. 良好的沟通能力、敬业精神，团队合作意识强，能够承受工作压力；
Good communication skills, professionalism, strong sense of teamwork, able to work under pressure;
