Bollore Logistics Philippines is looking for a young and motivated fresh graduate to work as Customer Business Solution Executive. Being part of the operation control team, the job will consist of development of the customer process on an end to end basis from the commercial agreement to the operation requirement and invoicing to customer.
The goal of this position is to ensure operation excellency and bring the best quality service to the customer by enhancing communication and collaboration between all the different players of the company.
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders on the different customers and operational requirements (Commercial / operational / financial)
- Organize the customer process with the different requirements
- Define the system requirements (operational system / tracking system)
- Synthetize the information in a Customer operational SOP and cascade it to operation
- Define Customer KPIs and monitoring process
- Support OMC in the analysis, formalization, harmonization of operational procedures with close reference to system functionalities for optimization of its efficiency.
- Generate Operational reports for close monitoring of progress and actions taken.
- Support in the monitoring of Credit Notes issued, Financial Adjustments and Negative Files.
• Graduated of Engineering or any related Logistics Course
