INTERNATIONAL BRAND MANAGER

Sarbec Cosmetics is a French company that has been developing, manufacturing and marketing cosmetic lines in over 70 countries since 3 generations. To support its development, we are hiring a brand manager to assist our chief representative officer with marketing activities for our 3 major brands Corine de Farme , evian facial spray and Inessance in the South East Asia area. Position based in our office in Cilandak.

Your key duties are:
Monitor and support Marketing Strategy in Indonesia:
- Liaise with our digital media agency
- Press relation
- Monitor A&P budget
- Recommendation on the marketing strategy and actions to implement
- Store check, competitive intelligence
- Brochure translation

Assist our international partners in SEA:
- Answer distributors request for marketing material
- Share information sent by head office
- Edit a newsletter to share best practice
- Propose a marketing calendar
- Recommendation for merchandising
- Edit guideline for new product launches
- Work with creative agency to produce marketing tools
- Help our distributor with their digital marketing strategy

About You:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of minimum of 5 years of total working experience in marketing ideally in the cosmetic industry, with a proven record of brand management and proven track record of engagement with retailers / press / creative agencies.
Position requires creativity, curiosity and interest for cosmetics products.
You have an entrepreneurial attitude and feel comfortable working in a small structure with multitasks mission and responsibilities. You have strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and define clear objectives. Proactive approach to ensure all deliverables are met.
You are fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
