主要工作：Main Tasks
1. 两轮车流行色彩的市场调研、数据整理及报告输出；
Market research, data collection and report output for popular colors of two-wheelers;
2. 全新产品的色彩规划、贴花创意设计、零部件材质及表面处理选择；
Color planning, stickers design, parts material and surface treatment selection of new products;
3. 现有产品的外观设计优化，更新换代 - 即色彩搭配、贴花设计、装饰件的应用；
Optimized and updated the appearance design of existing products, incls, color matching, stickers design and application of decorative parts;
4. 跟进产品的设计开发进度，与贴花生产厂家协调新产品贴花及标牌的打样，并对样品进行实物验证；与油漆生产厂家协调新颜色的送样，并对公司试验烤漆样品进行鉴定；
Following the development progress of products, coordinate with stickers' manufacturers to make samples, and validate the samples; coordinate with paint manufacturer to check new color samples, and validate the paint samples test done by company;
5. 负责相关实用新型贴花技术的研究及成果的运用实施、效果验证。
Responsible for the research of sticker technology of related utility models, the application and implementation of the results, and its validation.

任职要求：Job Requirements:
1. Education教育
本科及以上学历，平面设计、美术设计类理工科专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in graphic design or art design
2. Work Experience工作经验
2年以上在本领域的工作经验，有贴花设计和配色经验者优先。
2 years or above working experience in this field, sticker design and color matching experience is preferred.
3. 熟练适用Photoshop或Coreldraw等平面设计软件以及office软件，能短时间内运用各种方法做出效果图。
Skilled in graphic design software such as Photoshop or Coreldraw and Office software, able to use various methods to make sketches in a short time.
4. 有较好的艺术修养和扎实的美术功底，有良好的艺术鉴赏能力及敏锐的色彩感觉，懂色彩构成、平面构成和立体构成；具备将艺术色彩转换成工业色彩的设计管理能力以及色彩流行趋势流行元素的把握、提炼和管理能力，能够独立的完成贴花设计工作。
Good artistic accomplishment and solid art strength, has a good ability of art appreciation and sharp color feeling, understand color, planar and three-dimensional composition; have the design management ability to transform artistic color into industrial color, and grasp, refine and manage the popular elements of color trends, and be able to complete sticker design work independently.

薪资待遇：Salary:
1. 薪资范围8—10k, 14薪
Salary range 8 -- 10K, 14 salary
2. 工作时间8：00—16：30，周末双休，法定节假日，带薪年假，工龄年假；
