Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious candidates to join our Management Trainee Program. The program is designed to provide exposure to various functions within the organization, equipping trainees with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to become effective future managers.

Responsibilities:

 Participate in a structured training program covering different departments/functions.
 Assist in daily operational activities and contribute to ongoing projects.
 Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
 Support commercial team in client analysis, market research, and business development initiatives.
 Collaborate with R&D and perfumers/ flavourists on innovative projects, contributing technical and market insights.
 Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance leadership and professional skills.

Requirements:
 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
 Strong academic record and leadership potential. High level of adaptability, motivation, and willingness to learn.
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a global, multicultural matrix organization.
 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
 Highly motivated to build a long-term career with MANE.

This job is based in Shanghai, China
